As a key member of SupportCrewe, the Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for our contractor partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction. This role is critical in managing relationships, implementing processes, and overseeing the use of third-party tools to help contractors meet their revenue goals.
We are seeking a proactive, solutions-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage operations across multiple accounts. This role requires creativity, autonomy, and a collaborative spirit to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage contractor relationships and communication.
- Implement and oversee workflows and processes.
- Ensure smooth operation of third-party tools like Odoo ERP and Zoom Phone.
- Monitor contractor benchmarks and provide actionable insights.
- Resolve escalated issues and implement solutions.
Must Have
- Associate Degree or Higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and third-party integrations.
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Own computer & Headset
- Reliable Interenet
Nice to have
- Project management or BPO experience.
