We are seeking skilled and motivated Fence Installers to join our FencingCrewe. As a Fence Installer with BookACrewe, you will work on various fencing projects, ensuring high-quality installation and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for contractors who value flexibility, efficiency, and excellence in their craft.
Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and layout fence lines.
- Install different types of fences (e.g., wood, vinyl, chain-link, etc.) according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Operate tools and equipment necessary for fence installation with safety and proficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns with professionalism.
- Complete documentation and reports as required.
Must Have
- Have a crew of at least 2 people.
- All necessary tools and equipment.
- Proven experience in fence installation or related field.
- Strong understanding of fencing materials, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
- Excellent physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety standards and regulations.
