Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track contractor and internal project tasks.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Address workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Marketing Assistant to align projects with contractor goals.
Must Have
- Associate’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with project management tools and workflows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a remote or BPO environment.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP or similar tools.
- Knowledge of construction or service-based industries.
