Our focus is on enhancing contractor efficiency in customer generation, project management, and administrative support.

The Role: We are in search of a talented and motivated Remote Sales Specialist to expand our reach to contractors. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of SupportCrewe's service plans.

Compensation: Base pay of $3/hr plus a competitive commission structure.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and engaging with contractor clients remotely.
  • Selling SupportCrewe’s service plans.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing contractor clients.
  • Advising contractors on suitable plans based on their specific needs.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Providing insights on customer feedback and market trends to the management.

Must Have

  • Experience in sales, preferably related to property or contractor services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven sales track record.
  • A quiet home office space with stable internet connection.
  • Comfortable with remote working tools and CRM software.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the Construction Industry
  • Additional languages
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Know how to work with Odoo
