Odoo CRM Setup & Automation Scope of Work
Project Overview
We require a complete Odoo CRM setup and automation to enhance lead management, streamline follow-ups, and improve customer interactions. The CRM should include predefined email, SMS, and call scripts, structured pipeline stages, categorized tags, lost reasons for tracking lead drop-offs, and an integrated funnel page to qualify leads before scheduling consultations.
Scope of Work
1. CRM Setup & Pipeline Management
- Configure Odoo CRM to manage and track leads, consultations, and client onboarding.
Implement the following Pipeline Stages:
- New Lead β Initial contact with potential clients.
- Qualified Lead β Lead meets basic qualification criteria.
- Consultation Scheduled β Client has booked a consultation.
- Proposal Sent β Awaiting contract signature and payment.
- Onboarding β Signed and paid, starting onboarding process.
- Active Client β Fully onboarded and engaged in services.
- Automate task reminders and follow-ups at each stage.
2. Lead & Customer Segmentation
Implement Tags to categorize and segment leads efficiently:
- Source Tags: Website, Social Media, Referral, Email Campaign, Direct Call.
- Service Interest Tags: Admin Support, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Project Management.
- Revenue & Volume Tags: High, Medium, Low.
- Automate the tagging process based on lead interactions and responses.
3. Automated Workflows & Activity Types
Set up Activity Types with predefined scripts for:
- Emails, SMS, and calls for lead outreach and follow-ups.
- Automated reminders for scheduled consultations and follow-ups.
- Automatic status updates based on lead responses.
Implement Lost Reasons to track leads that do not convert, including:
- No Response
- Consultation No-Show
- Proposal Unsigned
- Payment Not Received
- Pricing Concerns
4. Consultation Funnel Page
Develop a funnel page that:
- Guides leads through a qualification process before booking a consultation.
- Captures responses and assigns appropriate tags automatically.
- Prevents unqualified leads from scheduling appointments.
- Integrate this funnel page with Odoo CRM & Calendar for seamless scheduling.
5. Email & SMS Automation
Implement automated sequences for:
- New lead acknowledgment and welcome messages.
- Consultation reminders and confirmations.
- Proposal follow-ups and reminders.
- Onboarding instructions and engagement sequences.
- Personalize content dynamically based on the leadβs pipeline stage and tags.
6. Dashboard & Reporting
Design a custom dashboard in Odoo to track:
- Lead conversion rates.
- Lost reason analytics.
- Pipeline performance and activity trends.
- Automate weekly reports for insight-driven decision-making.
