Operational Support is a performance-based fee calculated as a percentage of gross sales revenue generated and managed under your selected Service Plan.
The percentage applied is determined by your active Service Plan and reflects the level of operational involvement provided by SupportCrewe. This includes backend systems management, CRM tracking, lead coordination, sales support, project oversight, compliance administration, and marketing integration where applicable.
The fee is calculated from the total contract value or collected invoice amount for projects supported under your plan.
