Setup note: SupportCrewe configures the available signature and payment-request settings. The contractor is responsible for connecting and maintaining an eligible payment-provider account for online payments.

| Over $10,000 | 1% total. Pay 50% of the estimated fee upfront, with a $125 minimum; pay the balance when the customer’s project deposit is received. |
Over-$10,000 payment: Checkout collects the $125 minimum. After intake, any additional amount needed to bring the upfront payment to 50% of the estimated 1% fee must be paid before preparation begins. The balance becomes due when you receive the customer’s project deposit. If no customer deposit is received, no additional balance is due. Upfront payments are nonrefundable.

Quote Preparation Is Different From Takeoff & Estimation
Under Quote Preparation, we can create a proposed material list and cost it from the scope, specifications, measurements, and quantities you provide. We do not determine measurements or quantities from blueprints, drawings, or plans under this service.

How It Works
- Set up your system: New clients begin with the one-time $99 Odoo Quote System Setup.
- Submit the project: Provide the intake information and supporting documents.
- Pay the required upfront amount: Work begins after the applicable nonrefundable payment is received.
- We build the draft: We develop missing pricing and material information and prepare the quotation.
- You review and approve: Tell us what to change; you approve the final scope, pricing, and deposit amount.
- Large-project balance: After the customer signs, SupportCrewe creates and sends one deposit invoice, monitors the payment, records it when received, and sends the paid down-payment invoice. For projects over $10,000, the remaining fee is due when you receive the customer’s project deposit.

Need Ongoing Support?
Quote Preparation includes one deposit invoice after the customer signs, using the amount stated in the approved quote. SupportCrewe sends it, monitors payment, records the payment when received, and sends the paid down-payment invoice. Quote Preparation does not include additional progress or final invoices, change orders, customer follow-up, scheduling, collections, project coordination, or ongoing job administration. Contractor review required: Recommendations are based on the information provided and market or supplier data available when prepared. The contractor is responsible for reviewing and approving scope, measurements, quantities, materials, prices, markup, code or engineering requirements, and the final quotation.
