AI Pricing Principles
Starter services are limited to one business, one department, one workflow, and one primary system unless the written scope says otherwise. Every engagement defines acceptance criteria, ownership, usage policy, and human-review requirements.
Fixed scope before work begins
Implementation pricing is based on defined workflows, integrations, data, testing, documentation, and training.
Usage stays separate
Clients pay their own software and usage costs directly or through an approved SupportCrewe usage arrangement.
Managed service is not unlimited development
Monthly management covers monitoring, support, routine updates, reporting, and optimization. New builds require a separate scope.
