Admin Support and Marketing Support are flat monthly service-fee plans. For plans with a commission, the monthly fee covers the systems, PBX communication infrastructure, account management, and operating resources required to run the account; the commission applies to opportunities and jobs SupportCrewe manages or directly supports.

Account Infrastructure & Plan-Specific Phone Service

Every plan includes the account infrastructure required for service delivery. PBX phone service is included only when the selected plan or approved scope specifically lists it.

  • PBX extensions and call routing only for plans with an approved phone-service scope

  • Business phone, fax, and SMS only within the applicable plan allowance

  • 24/7 live customer service only when Lead Management, Customer Service, Essential Ops, or an approved custom scope is active

  • Approved phone-system and account-infrastructure maintenance

Optional Odoo ERP System

Odoo subscriptions and client user licenses are not included in the BPO monthly fee. When a client selects and pays for Odoo separately, the system can be configured to organize the business, track opportunities, manage jobs, and support marketing and internal operations in one connected platform.

No. SupportCrewe is Odoo-first, not Odoo-only. If you already use a suitable ERP, CRM, or project-management system, our BPO or AI team can work within it after a compatibility review. You remain responsible for your software subscription costs. Odoo subscriptions and client user licenses are billed separately when selected. SupportCrewe's required PBX phone service is included within the approved BPO plan allowance.

Yes. Our Customer Service team keeps those profiles updated and handles all incoming leads for you. under the Lead Management, Essential Ops or Crewe Central Plans.

Absolutely. You can start with just one plan and add more support as your business grows.

Yes. We design and manage your website using Odoo’s built-in builder. You don’t need any external tools or developers. Cost to build a new website is $999 but is included in the Lead Management, Sales Support, Essential Ops and Crewe Central plan at no additional cost.

We handle onboarding for you. Once you share access, our support crewe takes over admin, customer service, and content delivery without disrupting your daily flow.

Yes—Standalone Marketing is built for that.

Yes. If you don’t want a monthly plan, you can still hire us for one-off support, including document prep, material take-offs, and plans & drawings. We’ll quote the request based on scope, turnaround time, and complexity—then deliver the completed file(s) ready to use.
