$99 one time
We create and configure a professional quoting system in a client-owned Odoo Sales account. The contractor owns the database and password; SupportCrewe receives a separate authorized login for setup and quote preparation.

Quote Preparation Fees

| Over $10,000 | 1% total. Pay 50% of the estimated fee upfront, with a $125 minimum. The balance is due when you receive the customer’s project deposit. |
For projects over $10,000, checkout collects the $125 minimum. After intake, any additional amount needed to bring the upfront payment to 50% of the estimated 1% fee must be paid before preparation begins. If no customer deposit is received, no additional balance is due.

- Pay: Pay the setup fee or required quote-preparation amount before work begins.
- Complete intake: Provide the customer and project location, scope, specifications, available measurements and quantities, preferred market position, terms, exclusions, and any prices or material information you already have.
- We build the draft: We develop missing pricing and material information, organize the quote, and prepare it in your system.
- You review: You review the draft and tell us what to change before approving the final quotation.
- Large-project balance: For projects over $10,000, the remaining preparation-fee balance becomes due when you receive the customer’s project deposit.
Quote Preparation vs. Takeoff & Estimation
Quote Preparation works from the scope, specifications, measurements, and quantities you provide. We can build a proposed material list and help price the work, but we do not determine measurements or quantities from blueprints or plans under this service.
If quantities or measurements must be calculated from drawings or blueprints, you need our Takeoff & Estimation service.
Need Ongoing Back-Office Help?
Quote Preparation does not include invoicing, change orders, customer follow-up, scheduling, collections, project coordination, or ongoing job administration. For those services, explore our BPO Services and pricing.
Contractor review required: Recommendations are based on the information provided and market or supplier data available when the quote is prepared. The contractor is responsible for reviewing and approving the scope, measurements, quantities, materials, prices, markup, code or engineering requirements, and final quotation.

What is included in the $99 Odoo Quote System Setup?
SupportCrewe configures a client-owned Odoo Sales account with your company information, logo, standard services, known pricing, quotation template, payment terms, email template, customer portal settings, online-signature settings, and one test quotation.
Does the $99 setup include preparing customer quotes?
No. The $99 fee covers the quote-system setup. After setup, you can order professional Quote Preparation only when needed, starting at $25.
Can my customers approve and sign quotations online?
Yes. Odoo Sales supports online quotation review, approval, and electronic signatures through the customer portal when those features are enabled.
Can customers pay a deposit or project payment online?
Yes, after you connect and maintain a compatible payment-provider account. Quotations can request a full or partial online payment. SupportCrewe does not retain your payment-provider credentials.
Who owns the Odoo account?
You do. The contractor uses a company email, verifies the account, and creates a private password. SupportCrewe is invited through a separate authorized work login.
What information do I provide for Quote Preparation?
Provide the customer and project location, scope, specifications, available measurements and quantities, existing prices or material information, market position, desired markup, terms, exclusions, and proposed project value.
Will SupportCrewe help price labor and materials?
Yes. When prices are missing, we can recommend labor or service pricing based on the project location and your economical, median, or premium market position. We can also build a proposed material list and research current material costs from the scope, specifications, measurements, and quantities you provide.
Is Quote Preparation the same as a construction takeoff?
No. Quote Preparation works from measurements and quantities you provide. If quantities must be calculated from drawings or blueprints, order the separate Takeoff & Estimation service.
Does this service include invoicing, change orders, or project administration?
No. For invoicing, change orders, scheduling, collections, customer follow-up, project coordination, or ongoing administration, review our BPO Services.
